Parents' Evening Online Booking System

Parents' evening telephone appointments for this term will become available from Friday 11th October at 9am. 

Please note the booking system will close on Monday 4th November at 10am.  

Please ensure you have your log in details for your Scopay account including your password, we are unable to help if you do not have these.

We continue to use the online booking for Parents' Evening appointments. Please see instructions below.

How do I make a new booking?

  1. Log into your Scopay account - https://www.scopay.com/login.html
  2. Select Parents’ evening from the toolbar.
  3. Select the meeting from the drop down menu. This term's meeting is listed as 'Parents' evening Autumn 2024'.
  4. You will see your child/children listed along with their class name.
  5. Listed underneath you will see any available slots to book in green.
  6. Simply select the time slot you require, to confirm select yes.
  7. You will then be advised that your booking has been successful, click ok.
  8. You will receive a confirmation email.
  9. If you need to make a booking for another child repeat steps 5 to 8.

How do I move my booking to a different time?

  1. Log into your Scopay account - https://www.scopay.com/login.html
  2. Select Parents’ evening from the toolbar.
  3. Select the meeting from the drop down menu. This term's meeting is listed as 'Parents' evening Autumn 2024'.
  4. Any available times will show in green and say ‘move here’.
  5. Select the new time and click. A small window will appear asking you to confirm the change, select yes.
  6. You will then be advised that your booking has been successful, click ok.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email.

How do I cancel a booking?

  1. Log into your Scopay account - https://www.scopay.com/login.html
  2. Select Parents’ evening from the toolbar.
  3. Select the meeting from the drop down menu. This term's meeting is listed as 'Parents' evening Autumn 2024'.
  4. Your booking will be shown in blue. If you wish to cancel click onto cancel.
  5. A small window will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation, select yes.
  6. You will then be advised that your booking has been successful, click ok.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email.
