Well being is important for everyone! At Maybury Primary School we strive to promote positive well being and mental health for all.
Supporting and promoting your well being and mental health comes in many forms. We have created this page to help you access the different areas that we feel you and your families will benefit from.
To make it easier we have different created sections:
- Be Active - get your body moving! Here you will find lots of links to different forms of exercise and anything that gets you up and moving.
- Creativity - get those creative juices flowing! You will find downloads and links for lots of creative expression.
- Relax and Calm -Take some time to breathe. Mindfulness, relaxation and taking care of yourself, find lots of very useful links and guidance.
- Indoor fun - Can't get outside - don't worry! You will find lots of things to do from the comfort of your one home.
- Outdoor fun - Get some fresh air! Lots of useful activities to keep you busy outside come rain or shine.
